I purchased these because some ingredients are methylated which helps with absorption. Especially woderful for those of us with clinical ADHD. I have felt more alert and full of energy than any other vitamin I have tried. My nails are strong and I can tell theyre working.

Excelent product, one of the few multivitamins that didn't upset my stomach. Kept me healthy during the winter and also hepled me manage tiredness caused by thyroid problems. Combined with D Vitamin by Metagenics even better.
