I take one gelcap when I am feeling wide awake when I should be sleeping, or need to ensure sleep for an early meeting. They are easy to swallow and digest.

These are my favorite painkillers. They actually help you sleep, but beware that you could get drowsy in the morning and hard to get out of bed so do not take them if you have work early in the morning take them on a weekend when you actually need some sleep. The size of the pill is not bad and easy to swallow. The qualities is great. I use it when I need it not every day. It has no sense. I am 41 years of age and it has affected me greatly.
