This hyaluronic acid supplement comes in tablet form and 200 mg dosage. I like the dosage, price and amount, but I don't like the tablet form. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, but their texture and smell is a bit weird. I take it with some water before eating a meal and it leaves no after taste. The bottle is normal size and has a screw-on cap.
The quality of this hyaluronic acid is great. The tablet size is of great benefit and it helps with hydration. Well packaged and protected. The taste is good. The antioxidants and anti wrinkle properties is similar to collagen I have heard. Recommended for age above 40 I heard.. I will advise you to always speak to your doctor before using it.
You know when you pinch the skin on the top side of your finger and the skin stays pinched then uou know you’re dehydrated. This supplement helps keep me even more hydrated. My skin is less drab and I can feel the moisture in my skin. In addition, my hair has gotten thicker and my stylist is wondering what I am doing. I highly recommend this.
