For now the result is great, it has a very great antioxidant and diuretic effect. I take 500mg at breaksfast and 500mg after lunch, but it isn't a rule, you can take that when you prefer, but avoid taking it after 19pm if you are caffeine sensible.
There's lots of green tea extracts on the market. I don't go for the ones that are super high in EGCG (like Now Brand) because it makes me too nervous and causes sweating. But you do need some for cognitive and fat burning effects. This one strikes the right balance and is well=priced.

I bought this to use alongside 5-HTP to reduce side effects, and it worked as expected. It helped make 5-HTP easier to tolerate, with no noticeable issues on its own. Tablets are convenient, and the quality feels reliable. The downside is that it can make you go to the toilet more quickly, but that’s typical for any green tea extract. It has a noticeable herbal taste and scent, though the tablet size is small and easy to swallow.

Both my senior dog & I are taking these ....me, to aid in weight control , and my precious senior pup b/c it was recommended by our fave holistic vet along with other supplements & foods to boost his metabolism . We're both feeling great ! I crush a tablet and add to his wet dinner . They taste bitter but he doesn't mind and I swallow mine . They are small and very easy to swallow .
