I like the packaging and the serving also the benefits is appropriate for her age 8 years old. this supplements her and make her calm and improve her sleeping habit. she likes the size and taste of the small pellets easy to swallow. the ingredients are all medication free and the quality is great.

I like that this product doesn’t have melatonin. It doesn’t work as fast but will give it more time. My child likes the taste and he can do the cool clicking disposal. I love that it’s made in Europe, France and is natural. It comes out of a tube that looks like a chapstick. It’s so cute and fun to click for dispersal.

I don't like giving melatonin regularly to kids. I use this for my grandchildren. It helps to quiet their minds and let them fall asleep. It doesn't make them groggy in the morning. I find it works for two out of the three. One of my grandkids has a very hard time falling asleep, and she needs several doses. I only use three pellets instead of the recommended five.
