Benfotiamine, 300 mg, 90 Capsules

It's an excellent product from my go-to brand. I've been mainly taking P-5-P previously as a sleep aid and also experienced more vivid dreams with P-5-P. Benfotiamine is another vitamin from the B group and this formulation offers a decent dosage, much more than the B-complex multivitamins. My goal is to explore a bit more into B1 and see what it does. So far it doesn't seem to be improving my sleep, but I've noticed some improvement in digestion. I think it might have sped up my metabolism a little bit, which is great because I'm on a calorie-restricted diet right now.

I have tried it, I think it's one of the best options for this form on iHerb, the quality is good, ingredients are just benfotiamine and minimal fillers which is good, the size of capsules is also small, it's a supply for 1-3 months based on your dosage, but it's preferred to not take it before bed as it may cause insomnia-like and not being able to sleep properly.
