Excellent source of Omega 3
I alternate this and cod liver oil. This has no after taste like Cod Liver pills. My husband and I both take these. Can't beat the Schiff brand. Kirkland's brand gets stuck in our throats (must be some type of coating they have on theirs). This brand is great.
