When I started to get night time leg cramps, due to kidney disease, I began to take these. Most of the time they worked and after about 1/2 an hour the cramps stopped and I was able to return to sleep. I've since switched to magnesium and it's more effective.

I rotate between different brands and forms of potassium. I did hair tissue mineral analysis and learned that I need a LOT more potassium so have increased foods with potassium but it is hard to get a lot from food so also supplement. Douglas Labs also has a good Potassium that I'm using as well. That one may have higher quality than Solaray but is also a little higher cost.
very good and nothing to complain. just a note on the dosage that i couldnt find any potassium cutrate mor than 100 mg per dose, and i dont know why
