I love this shaker cup! Not only is it stainless steel, on the inside it has ounce measurements so you can see how many ounces you’re drinking. I’m trying to track how much water I drink during the day and this helps me so much!

This shaker is of good quality. It's steel body but also is very lightweight. The size is great and convenient. I love the black color.

So if ur looking for a good alternative for plastic protien shakers thats the one , just one thing to pay attention to , it doesn’t keep ur drink cold so you kinda need to drink it on the spot but definitely better than plastic shakers

It's a decent cup but it does not keep the liquid cold for very long. That was very disappointing. Also, the hole on top that you drink out of has plastic ridges on the side that are annoying and don't feel right. I would not recommend this. The cups I bought from Temu for cheaper are better quality. I once bought a great iHerb cup (ugly green though...) and I love it. Keeps my drinks cold forever and was just a great buy. I'll have to go over and give a great review!

Material is ok but Sometime it leaks while shanking . That has to be improved

I like that the shaker is in the lid and there is no ball to keep track of. It keeps the drink cold while i sip on it but it does sweat so i have to put a thin towel around it.
