Taking a high dosage of L-Arginine can be an issue.. this is quite a good solution PLUS, it's actually more bioavailable than L-Arginine it DOES taste a bit salty.. so I mix it with protein \ pro\intra shakes
The effect of this bottle is pretty good. My current anti-aging health combination contains antioxidants and other vitamins, it is quite sufficient and can clearly achieve what I need.

"Powder texture, mixes adequately with liquids. Noted a subtle increase in perceived muscle pump during workouts. Felt a slight enhancement in blood flow. AAKG, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, supports nitric oxide production. No significant gastrointestinal discomfort reported. No adverse reactions recorded. Slightly bitter, mixes neutrally. Consider for exercise performance and vascular support. Mild improvement in perceived muscle pump and blood flow observed."
