Ashwagandha Extract, 500 mg, 120 Veggie Capsules

I love ashwaganda. My friend who takes these regularly for a long time, has no grey hair, looks very young, and has stable mood. I’m following her ayurvedic advice as I see the benefit on her.

I love ashwagandha and have tried several brands, was happy to stumble upon this brand. I really appreciate that it's an extract, at an affordable price, and that it is clearly labeled vegan (you can't see in the pics, but if you use the 360 rotation it's on the bottle :) would def buy this again!

Great product. Easy to swallow capsules. Quality ingredients. It helps with menopausal symptoms and of course a great sleep aid. I’ve told my girlfriends to give it a try, because they’ll be pleased with the improvements they’ll see and feel.

Comes in good packaging, capsules are a convenient size and easy to swallow. Waiting to see improvement.

Great for sleep and calming. Good dosage and formulation and reasonable price for amount of product. My son uses it for muscle recovery and he notices a difference.

Bought this for a senior citizen and they've been taking this for about 2 months now and they say they don't really feel a difference. We bought another brand and it was the same thing, they felt no different. I'm not sure if these ashwagandha extracts are just not as potent or maybe they're body is just not receptive of this herb. We might try something else to help them sleep better and for mood. For now, they will finish this bottle but I don't think we will buy this again. Everyone's body is different so hope it works for you!
