I take a multivitamin as an insurance policy - I seem to be much healthier than the average person in terms of illnesses. Tend to rotate between different brands of multivitamins - whatever is not too expensive. Who knows if these multivitamins are actually doing anything, cheap enough to take as insurance.
I like one a day multivitamins and as a semi vegetarian and I am happy it contains Iron (ferrous fumarate) 18 mg. This form and amount doesn't cause any issues with regularity for me. I also think 18mg is a nice amount . I like the size, it's easy to take.
Small size pills easy to swallow. Good taste. I've just started to take them and hope to see positive effect in a month. Very good quality and perfect combination of ingredients for daily age of 50.
