It’s really effective!! Got my B12 higher than the upper limit of the range on blood tests! Good vitamin B12 supplement with two forms of B12: hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Avoids the side effects of methylcobalamin. I like that the pill can easily be split into halves or even quarters to adjust the dosage.
This product is simply great. It contains everything that is ideal for solving problems with anemia. It contains reasonable doses of ingredients, all packaged together and most importantly, in active forms. This product is very helpful for my mother as her anemia problems have improved significantly after taking this product. Great supplement with a great blend.
Great for MTHFR support, two active non-methylated forms of vitamin B12 as active ingredients, i combine it with folinic acid (active folic acid) and I've dropped a few kgs because of this methylation fix, taste is okay. Mind is sharper and i have more energy. There happens to be such thing as overmethylation when taking methylated forms like methylcobalamin (i had to take niacin to neutralise the methyl groups, which isn't needed with this form of Vitamin B12)

It comes as a tablet which is easy to dissolve in the water. We tried two other B12 brand before this one and by far this so the easiest to give.
The Hydroxo-Adeno B12 is not as common as some other forms, and it is the form I am advised to take. So, I am glad I can get this through I-Herb along with the other products I can conveniently get from them. The lozenge has a pleasant taste so it is very easy to take on a daily basis.
Going well so far. I think I’m very sensitive to supplements, especially this one- but not as much as the methylated version of b12! I was deficient, my levels have gone up since supplementing. Since I am sensitive and this is a very large dose per dose, that I just take a nibble off each time and I find that is enough.
