A great product with quality ingredients. If you use it as the package directs, you will see results! Improved muscle mass, more energy after long training sessions, and shorter recovery. I like the companies streamlined approach to health and commitment to their clientele. Better buy an extra bottle or two because you will see the benefits!
“Excellent quality and perfect size capsules — easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I’ve noticed better energy, focus, and overall balance within the first week. The formula uses clean, well-sourced ingredients without fillers or additives, giving me full confidence in its safety and effectiveness. Definitely a supplement I’ll keep repurchasing and recommending!”
I love having these tablets for getting my amino acids profile meeting my protein intake and it’s affordable. It’s one of the best companies out there.
this is my favorite supplement for mornings where i have to go exercise or surf or teach yoga and i need energy, but dont want food sloshing around in my belly. no bad side effects - no bad taste. just a gentle fullness and some energy that keeps me sustained through a full workout. several chiropractors i know recommend this brand for its quality. very glad that it's on iherb!
I love perfect aminos. Just 5 tablets gives you 29 grams of protein with very little in calories. Doesn't even break a fast. It's an easy way for me to get all the recommended protein in every day.
A serving of Perfect Amino delivers blend of essential amino acids that your body uses to build new protein. Although it’s only about ~2 calories per serving, it’s marketed as providing protein equivalent to ~30 g from traditional sources like whey with virtually no calories added. Perfect Amino is ideal if you’re practicing intermittent fasting, aiming for lower calorie intake, or following a keto diet, because it supports muscle protein synthesis without significantly impacting your fast or daily caloric budget.
Its amino acids are reportedly absorbed quickly (within ~23–30 minutes) and efficiently used (claimed up to 99% utilization) to support muscle protein synthesis, recovery, lean‑muscle maintenance or growth — which is helpful after workouts or when dietary protein is limited.
BodyHealth Perfect Amino provides a complete profile of essential amino acids in a highly absorbable form — designed to support protein synthesis, muscle repair, and maintenance without the calories or digestive load of full‑protein foods. Because it’s vegan, free of gluten/soy/dairy, and quickly absorbed (often within 23–30 minutes), it’s convenient for athletes or anyone wanting lean muscle support.
Ordered & started taking this “supplement” after watching Gary - & am happy with the results, so far. I’ve noticed a slight increase in energy & concentration- & am hoping it will improve my hair, skin & nails. I’m using the capsules- but I believe it comes in powder form too. It’s said to “build new protein and collagen for muscle, skin, hair, bones, nerves, endocrine function, ligaments and tendons. And, as it's 99% utilized, this means almost no calories”. If you found this review informative, useful or helpful in any way- please consider giving me a like 👍 Thank you.
