I replaced another product what helped me relax and sleep with this product because I realised the former's key ingredient was shatavari. This one works just as well so far, or perhaps even better! It is also better value compared to the other one. This is a great discovery for me.

I’ve been trying different brands. I’ve tried Himalaya, paradise herbs, organic India and nutricost. I liked organic India the most but it is quit pricy, so I switched to nutricost. Now I’m trying Swanson. Looks like Swanson is cheapest. I just started taking it, so I can’t tell exactly but so far so good. I’ll update my review in few months how it really works.

I cannot give medical advice but I had estrogen imbalance and shatavari has helped me with that. And this one is such good price-quality balance. The bottle is a decent size, too - usually shatavari comes in smaller bottles. You do have to check what dosage you take and what works best for you.
