if you have digestive issues, this can help a lot! my stomach can digest easier, big plus point, that not only betain and pepsine are the ingredients, papayin and bromelain suport a lot at that dosage. I do not feel myself totally full after 1-2 hours after bigger meals. I eat one tablet with my first bite every meals. the tablets size are not too big as well, easy to take. my opinion is, that its a quality product.
