I really like this product. I like the different ingredients in it which are all very helpful to maintain lower allergy affects. I think this could be really good for someone who has mild allergies (even seasonal ones), and for someone with worse allrgies it can make the symptoms be less severe. I felt on myslef how it benefited me and lowered the degree of my allergies. So I trully recommend it. I think I might have taken a slightly higher dosage than what is written on the jar.

I like that it's a plant-based and vegan and cruelty-free product. Also, the price, the amount, the size of the tablets are good. It comes in a glass container so easily could be recycled. I like that it's not full of chemicals, just a few organic, plant-based ingredients. On the other side before supplementing I was quite okay with my allergy - just a few sneeze and sometimes a runny nose - and since I use this veggie caps I think it's more or less the same. Anyway it's fine, so I'm gonna continue supplementing. Better be safe!

I’ve suffered from bad allergies for years— which change depending upon the season. This combination has proven to really help combat the various allergens. I take it throughout the year. I do take allergy meds as needed also but this really reduces the bad environmental allergen reactions.

These do things other supplements and standard helps just don’t cover, I pair it with a nettle concentrate. It kinda tastes like yeast and smells and tastes a bit tangy like apple peels. Which part of it is made from. When my sinuses are at their worst, sometimes I take 2. It may be excessive, but its benefit is thereby assured under the worst circumstances. I like the quality and care they have put into these ingredients.
