Always buy products of this brand. They're great! And always low prices and cheap. Here in Brazil we do not need to take plenty of vitamin D. When I say this I mean most of the Brazilian territory, there is a lot of day light.. But not many know that in Brazil we have temperatures below zero degrees and very little light from the sun.. I live in a place that is very cold in winters and there is very little sun. Take care, the consumption of a dose 10 times higher than the RDI of vitamin D for several months can cause toxicity, leading to an increased concentration of calcium in the blood.
