good quality melatonin and the capsules are very small and easy to swallow. but!!! absolutely can't stand the plastic waste in this product. I understand they want to be more visible on the shelves but this is not normal. could've made the packaging smaller and marketed it as a travel friendly packaging. wouldn't buy again only because of the packaging.
The quality of this product is good. The package and size are ok. The taste is ok. I use it to improve my metabolism.
I really like this brand because they have high-quality supplements and they don’t put any additives in them. I found out the ones I were taking had gluten in them and I’m all allergic. But these are gluten-free. My only feedback is that the bottle should probably be smaller because these are very very tiny pills so it feels a little weird to have such a big bottle with so tiny of pills in it but it’s very hard to find 1 mg dosage so I was glad to find these I get all of the benefit of any other melatonin, but it is a small size which is nice

Really tiny little pills, easy to take before bed. One or two is enough. They kick in well, and there is no drowsiness in the morning. I used to take the chewable ones, but realized that they leave residue on your teeth at night. These are much better.
