Jovian crackers were absolutely delicious — we finished them very quickly. The taste was great, and my mom really loved them as well. The texture is excellent, crispy and satisfying, and the overall quality is very high. The packaging is also well designed and convenient. The only small downside is that they contain palm oil — it would be even better without it. Overall, we really enjoyed everything about these crackers and would definitely buy them again. ✨

Einkorn flour is the premium flour that is gluten free and even when I chomped on so many crackers, there was no feeling of guilt or regret whatsoever. I like that it’s sour dough. Will continue to order them and hopefully they will stay on the shelves for a long time.

The ingredients are of quality, taste pleasant. They use einkorn sourdough starter to slowly and naturally leaven these crackers, making them easier to digest. Einkorn is an easy to digest Ancient Wheat. The Only Wheat that Never hybridised, Low Gluten Index, Yeast Free. It’s USDA Organic and Non GMO Project Verified. Kids love it too. A very healthy snack and an added item for school snack box. It’s not easy to find sourdough crackers. I re-ordered 4 boxes.

For me, it is THE perfect quality salt cracker, made of einkorn, an ancestral variety of wheat, tasty and with less gluten than its modern version, nice crispy texture, perfect saltiness, and a luscious hint of garlic that makes the difference. I appreciated it also as a substitute of rice, pasta or bread while traveling, so easy to transport and handy anytime!

These sourdough crackers are my favorite for a few reasons. Short and clean ingredient list. The crackers are always intact not a bunch of crumbs. They always taste fresh and sourdough is beneficial for the gut. I’ve ordered several times and have tried all their flavors. The packaging survives well during delivery too

Good, not great, but hard to find organic sourdough crackers. Wish they were a little more rustic, a little browner. Still a good product. Flavor was good and ingredients are sound.

These are very good Jovial , Organic Sourdough Einkorn Crackers . I don't eat too many crackers and when I do they are either GF or made with Einkorn flour. They are good.

Needed a healthy alternative for soda crackers. Something better than Saltines. This is perfect, and will do the job. Obviously, not as light as Saltines, but I broke some up into my soup, and these worked perfectly! I'm much happier with the einkorn wheat than modern wheat crackers. And, I'm just as happy yhat they didn't dissolve into soggy nothingness in the soup. They held their shape, and still did absorb some of the soup. Jovial is a hugh quality company that uses the best ingredients. These will be good to simply eat with cheese or something, too. These make for a good, simple, basic, all-around cracker. Not too bad just eating them plain, as well.

I like the good quality snack, ingredients and taste. I tried sea salt and this one. The package size is fair enough.
