I bought this product after comparing it to others, and reading reviews, about quality and ingredients, I thought this one was the best of them all, comparing the dosage and the size or how many capsules per bottle, I started taking it a week ago, I definitely have better energy, will get back to edit this review if anything happens.

Great product even though the smell is a bit strong and the size is bit large than usual. But i find the product is much better that i usually buy. plus the addition of fenugreek and cinnamon which i usually drink as a tea. with this added already. i don't need to do so because i am afraid it will push my blood sugar to go below. This is proven supplement as i can see in changes in my Blood sugar. Looking forward in long term use.

My husband initially had some discomfort taking this on an empty stomach, but switching to after-meal use solved the issue. It's still early to notice any big changes, but we're planning to continue and give it more time. Just a heads-up for others -definitely take it with food.
