GMO-free ingredients with a mild taste. I add a scoop to a glass of water and drink immediately. Good size container. I trust Swanson brand so I thought I would try this lecithin. So far, I have used it in smoothies and it works for us. It has a pretty strong flavor but I am able to mask it with cocoa powder and vanilla and other ingredients so it's not bad. It reminds me of putting blackstrap molasses in my smoothies but we don't mind the taste. I use this to get a good dosage of choline in our diets and this works for us.
