I wanted to expedite muscle regrowth after surgery. Leucine was a foundation product due to its value in this area. It worked tremendously well. The Doctor was shocked! I am very satisfied with this product. L-leucine Swanson makes me awake and energetic, unlike the ALLMAX brand product of the same name, which makes me sleepy and tired, and it's much more expensive. They seem to have different chemical compositions. (apology to ALLnutrition for wrong statement)

Leucine will taste very bitter, so most Leucine and bcaa in powders form will be very sweet to cover the real taste. i hv to buy the capsules type and the size is medium. i take 2 of it, plus 3 bcaa 500 mg, with 2 eggs in the morning to build muscle in my legs, after watching pro William Li you tube on build legs muscle. the second day I feel less pains and stonger legs
