I paid for the oil, got this instead: turns out, the title is misleading! It oughta say "LEAF" instead of "Full Spectrum!" The fault lies with Swanson: why call it some obscure "full spectrum" words instead of "Cut Leaf" so we know there's no oil in this?! I have no idea if this will work but disappointed to get this, due the pesticides residue (it's not organic!) Time will tell.

indeed can improve the digestion and also the bacteria from stomach/mouth. Is a must if you want to clean the body. but mandatory-take probiotics! 3-4 hours distance. Good ingredients and quality. The dosage is simple, one capsule in a day and helps with cold also. Does not have a bad taste
We never run out of these specially on flu season. Even my 6 yr old can swallow it easily. We do not use it daily bec its really strong and can also cause stomach upset if not taken with food. Its really one of the best natural antibiotic.
I've used Oregano for years to counteract colds & flu , but this time I'll combine it with black seed oil to for an even greater impact . The capsules are easy to swallow . Oregano always leaves some aftertaste but Swanson's are quite mild compared to some other brands . As always, I trust this brand's quality & purity . ways
