The quality of this selenium is great! I did some research in selecting selenium to realised L-Selenimethionine is one of the best selenium for our body to absorb. I wanted to try Selenium for bone health since I read it can help to strengthen bones. While it's too early to tell if it is working, it doesn't upset my stomach. I've used Swanson vitamins for the last 20 years and found them to be very good.
I have been taking the quality Swanson Selenium supplement recently as I'm trying to boost my immune function, plus improve my hair and nail health, and hopefully my skin as I suffer from psoriasis. I do think my skin has benefited from this ingredient and symptoms have calmed down since taking this mineral.
