Wild Yam Cream, 2 fl oz (59 ml)

I wish it was without progesterone as even Dr Barbara says our body needs to do that part on our own. This has no smell, creamy without being greasy, easy to use but its far too early for me to fully recommend it which is why i might try to find a wild yam option that's a bit more clean. To be honest I don't even know if this is something I should use or not. Doctors I've visited have no clue and seem hesitant to help me with this. I'm a bit lost but im hoping and trying.

I got this after watching Babara O’neil video. I got hot flashes at night and it has been affecting my sleep quality. My period was irregular and super late as well which made me so cranky all the time. I applied this cream daily under arms, inner thighs, and lower tumny. It took about a month to see the effect. Now my period is on time, no more night hot flashes, and my mood overall is much better. Highly recommended!

Good natural progesterone cream but the packaging is not do convenient- I would definitely prefer a pump—because it is not clear for the amount you have to put on the skin. The cream has a slightly unpleasant scent, too. But I still use it because of the natural progesterone from wild yams.

I have been using this cream for hormone balancing. The moisture composition and quality are really good, so a little goes a long way. There is no scent, so it's good for those who are sensitive to scents. The size is small so the quality makes it last long.

So I've been rubbing a little bit of this cream on my wrists to ease pms symptoms and it's been less of a rollercoaster since I've been using it. I didn't notice any scent and the composition is just like a regular thick texture cream. I use it once a month so the size of the package is more than enough.
