The quality was great but the size was a lot smaller than expected. The dosage is what it says on the package but I'd consult your doc. The ingredients are easy. Maybe it has so many isoflavones, like female hormones. ive gain positive benefit about hot flashes. hot flashes is very discomfort. it is good for health of menopause women and i like nature blossom. maybe swanson brand is new, but i think good quality brand. im satisfy, will buy it continue.
I take 2 capsules in the morning. There is no taste. I love its quality, it helps to reduce irritation, mental fog. Ingredients are Red Clover, 860mg per 2 capsules. I like the price point for this quality. It does its job to alleviate perimenopausal symptoms. Better moods and less hot flushes.
