Was using Jarrow’s until I come across this. Contains minimum 24mg Sulforaphane Glucosinolate (SGS) per capsule compared with Jarrow’s 17.5mg. Value for money. Haven’t started using to compare effects.

I have thyroid nodules in my throat. It increased my thyroid nodules. It have goitrogenic substances that inflamed my thyroid condition. For others I have no idea.

Not a broccoli fan? This is a product for you, so great! A superfood in a capsule, no smell or after taste, strongly recommend it. Actually I take it even if I am a broccoli fan since you simply can’t eat the quantity worth of product in a capsule. Good ingredients and easily absorbable.
