A good substitute for someone who can’t drink spirulina powder, but then 4-6 tablets are needed. For those who can’t boost their immune system (due to autoimmune diseases), 1-2 is enough (caution, with pauses). The smell is pretty much the same as the powder, just less intense. It is good for detox and as a superfood!
