i've tried some other brands of taurine before and didn't notice much. this one was the first time i noticed it helps with sleep. good for those nights where you wake up for no apparent reason and can't get back to sleep. somehow this makes sleep deeper and easier to fall back into. i've heard it can have some kind of effect on the heart, so do some research or check in with a doctor before trying it.
