I’ve tried Swanson Licorice Root for a few weeks, and it has been beneficial for my digestion. Thanks to iHerb for the availability. It helps to soothe my stomach and has noticeably reduced occasional discomfort. The capsules are easy to take (dosage -2 caps), and I appreciate that this product is high-quality and affordable compared to other licorice root supplements on the market. Also, using natural ingredient. Overall, I’m happy with the results and would recommend it to others looking for natural digestive and energy support.

We were interested to try this out since licorice has been known to benefit breathing. Perhaps a detox component for lungs . Other benefits are well researched to include skin . I cannot compare to other brands because I have not tried them. But this licorice with Cordeceps works well . I will buy again

I've had low blood pressure all my adult life, but Licorice Root is the only herb that keeps it up to a healthy level. The only pharmeceutical I learned of causes pain so I never tried it. With two capsules of licorice root twice a day I have no more light-headedness when standing up from a floor exercise, or searching for something in the lower shelves of a bookcase or the refrigerator.

I had heard this was a good supplement to take for women’s (hormonal) issues. I can’t speak to how much it helps my issues but it seems to not have any adverse effects. I did notice my last cycle was far less painful than it typically is. I recommend trying it if you feel your levels are off because it’s a quality product with few to no side effects.
