I have a Vitamin A deficiency and was advised to take Vitamin A to improve my blood levels. I've started out with the lower dose 10,000 IU and, so far, I've noticed no difference in symptoms but hopefully I'll know soon whether this is working or not. A plus is that the softgels are very small and very easy to swallow. I take these in the morning. I don't recommend taking at night. The first night I took these, I couldn't sleep for hours. I also suggest taking this with food if you are like me and are prone to stomach upsets but I've not had any so far. I have taken them without food and have been fine but that was after a week or so of taking these. I've had no side effects from this so far. The quality is good and this is a good brand plus the price from iherb is great. I'll update when I know if this is working or not,
