I do not like taking selenium minerals in liquid form (tastes awful), so I'm willing to take this pill. Benefit: So far, I've noticed my gray hairs coming back with my natural dark color. The ingredients are good and I appreciate that they are in liposomal form (better bioavailabilty).

I worried about the price until I saw how many doses! Am very pleased I will only need to purchase this 2-3 times per year. I take selenium to assist with hashimotos. This supplement has an added benefit of being liposomal, so I can take with or without food and be confident with the absorbtion rate. There is no taste, but there is an odd and kinda creepy smell, but it did not linger afterwards. The packaging was a bit hard to get into but I would rather that than no safety protocols.
