I bought this product for my daughter and has been great. She used to have lots of anxiety, and I said that this product has help my child significantly as her mood has improve. I’ve been taking this B complex for a while now and it’s a great formula with bioavailable methylated B vitamins, appreciate the added betaine for extra support. However, I’ll probably need to switch to something stronger soon to lower my homocysteine levels more effectively. Still, it’s a high-quality option for general B-vitamin support!
I have adrenal issues and MTFHR gene mutation and this blend is perfect, including dosage. I had been taking B12 and folate as separate each and in the past adrenal gland with B complex, but this was descontinued by Douglas Laboratories, so I am only taking the glandular now with another brand. In those terms, Codeage Methylfolate B complex is very convenient (lacks B1 and B5 but it is good enough). It even has TMG allowing me to skip that extra while taking NR. In overall a bit less pills to take and with a quality brand.
