We'd heard that hyaluronic acid helps with joint and skin issues, and there's definitely been reduced pain in her knees as well as improved mobility. I regreted not seeing it had choline in it which causes insomnia for me but I haven't found it to be too bad so far. I haven't noticed any hydration benefits yet but I may need a higher dose and for a longer duration. Usually 3 mo. So no negative and no positives just yet! Price is a little higher than I'd like to pay as well. This company is generally ok quality I trust.
