Ubiquinol is the more readily bio-available (eg easily usable) form of Ubiquinone (which the standard form of Co-Q10). I've seen studies which suggest that Ubiquninol in general is about 3 - 3.5 times more potent than standard Co-Q10. That tallies with my experience. And in terms of quality, Swanson is excellent brand to buy Ubiquninol from. Highly recommend. It pairs very well with D-Ribose.
