Did not feel any benefit or improvement in my condition. I was taking it for headache and sore throat. After using it for a week still had no relief. Probably, works in other cases but it did not work in mine. Among benefits - easy to take, dissolves quickly and tastes fine

Package has larger tablets than I’m used to so one is sufficient per dose compared to 3-5 of other brands for the same composition, dosage, and similar benefits. This is a subtle supplement that produces gradual support and improvement. Do not expect immediate relief or results as this works in a more subtle and supportive way for your system. Slightly chalky texture which is to be expected with Schussler salts, no taste.
