Have been cosuming magnesium glycinate fo many many bottles from this company to support my sleeping difficulties. Mag glycinate is ver good for sleep. Recommended by doctor too. Very big softgels but not so difficult to swallow. Prefer softgels easier to absorb than the tablets. However recently maybe there is a change of formula? Both my mom and I felt dizzy after consuming them. Hope there is no change in quality and no dangerous contents.
