I don’t know if it’s a placebo, but every time I have one of these gummies, I feel so at ease. They taste really nice, are easy to take, show no side effects or sensitivities. Overall great and so much better price when using iherb compared to local pharmacies!

I’m not sure about its relaxing effect, but the taste of the gummies are good and I do get a good sleep every time after having 1-2 of it. Price could be better for 48 gummies only.
