Great quality oil!!! cheaper then others !!! The bottle is plastic , not a glass, maybe that's why cheaper. No any difference in taste and smell from other expensive oils.
BetterBody avocado oil is one of the most affordable one on iHerb. Maybe due to the use of plastic bottle instead of glass. I normally transfer the oil to my glass container and keep it refrigerated to keep the quality at its best (i live in hot climate). I use a tiny bit to make fried eggs or drizzle over salad. Avacado oil has the highest smoke point of all cooking oils (470-500°F), making it the safest oil for high heat cooking. Due to having a high smoke point, avocado oil is great for baking, roasting, sauteing, and frying. Avacado oil is touted one of the healthiest cooking oil. Say NO to inflammatory seeds oils/processed oils (canola, corn, soy, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, rice bran, peanut).
Am using Avocado oil for the first time. Heard many good benefits of this oil. Good for high heat cooking. So included in my family diet. Packaged in a good size plastic bottle. Pleasant smell and taste mild. The quality of ingredient is good. I would recommend this oil brand as it's most economical.
This oils quality is fabulous, the ingredients are obviously superb. The price is very very high, but the size, packaging, and taste cover it. It can be used in any dishes and it doesn’t have strong flavour. I also have problems digesting avocados in any dish but no problems noticed with this oil. Definitely recommend!
