I am doing intermittent fasting 16:8. I take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 when my fasting stops at midday. I am finding it takes the hunger pangs away. It does give me a small energy boost . I have lost 4 kilos in 20 days which for me is great.
I’ve only started it today and I have got good extra energy, I’m usually napping during the day and today I don’t need to. So far so good, I’m not starving hungry but still able to eat a good little portion, I’ve also had weight loss surgery almost 3 years ago so my portions are already small. I’ve also ordered the Burn Elite so I shall try that one when I get it.
Great quality product. It is very effective within a few days. I have seen a drastic improvement with my cravings and helps keep me on track with my diet and sugar control. Cravings are gone! It has no taste but it does sometimes give me heartburn depending on what I ate that day. I have GERD so that may be part of it. Overall, no real side effects. I notice that I feel warmer right after taking it but it goes away after a while.
I’ve been taking this nightly for about a week and my quality of sleep has improved significantly. I also take Obvi Burn and my skin looks better and my nails and hair are growing faster. Haven’t seen any weight loss yet, but the other benefits make it worth the buy.
Love the obvi burn! I take two capsules in the morning along with the obvi elite at lunch. The quality and ingredients are great! The pills have no taste and easy to swallow. I like that this product has helped with my bloating and I’ve shed a few pounds since starting.
I’ve gone through five bottles of this so far and I’m obsessed, it gives me such a restful sleep! I pair it with the obvi burn elite, so I’m not sure how much fat burning it’s doing, but it definitely helps with sleep! I don’t wake up feeling groggy or tired in the morning either :)
Unsure of the effects, as it’s was a year ago that I ordered this. Didn’t re order so probably didn’t benefit much. Quality wise unsure as well. Packaging wise it came in a plastic container, can improve its packaging or taste. Not sure if I like the taste of the product.
