I have relapsing remitting MS , erythromelalgia, secondary Raynauds Phenomenon, severe osteoarthritis and have started to work on gut health. This product is truly amazing! It's like my stomach says "thanks so much for being good to me". It's great to drink with a glass of water. I put 2 tablespoons of the vinegar in a glass of water
We love this aged balsamic vinegars by Napa Valley. It is very high quality. The price is one of the best on iHerb too. Because it is aged in barrels, it acquires unique flavor/taste and is very thick compared to regular and cheaper supermarket balsamic vinegars. We mainly use it to flavor salads and sometime for dressings. But, it is perfect as it is.
If you can’t buy Italian and your in a little town in Arizona than this a great substitute. If you refrigerate it will get “ goopy” I use this on my mozzarella basil tomato some Italian meat baguette sandwich along with olive oil. It’s really good. It makes me think of Italian trips..
What can I say? It's rich, flavourful and 1 bottle goes a long way! Really like the value of what I am getting. I was skeptical at first but I am glad I gave it a whirl! I'll be back for more!

I've been using the Grand Reserve for years. It's thick and sweet (4% acidity). I shake some on salads alone or with a little evoo. I have also used it with quinoa. This is a pantry must for me.
This vinegar has such a wonderful taste! You only need a few drops of this sweet, thick vinegar to enhance absolutely anything you are eating! It is pure & sweet with nothing artificial and no sugar added...
I have been using this product for over a year. However, I recently found that I can purchase it through IHerb. I love this dressing on salads and grilled veggies. Hurray! Found my dream balsamic vinegar - it was sufficiently viscous & it was a perfect balance between tartness & sweetness. It's just plain heaven. Great taste, good quality & ingredient..... Best ever.
