Looking at ingredients decided to buy this supplement for energy boost in the morning and for this goal it seems to be working because I see some light and pleasant unlifting effect. Concerning fat burning I don't know because didn't notice any difference there. Dosage that I take is 2 gummies in the morning 30min - 1h before breakfast.
