I saw someone recommended this to detox heavy metals so i bought one to try it out. It's too early to notice any improvement but i recently saw that it grey hairs and varicose veins are signs of Copper deficiency and i have both, especially after i started taking Zinc during the this period. Could those Zinc have depleted my Copper intake and caused my greying hair and varicose veins? I've got to balance it out then with this supplement. Hope it works!

Copper is a mineral and if you know anything about minerals you would know that deficiency is harmful. And you should look for the symptoms of copper deficiency. Google it. I like that it is tasteless and odourless. It's easy to swallow and digest. If you are not sure if you will like it or not, the size is good enough to give it a chance. If you like then there are bigger bottles of half litre. I prefer liquid forms since my body absorbs it faster without any discomfort. This product has 2 types of copper and is a colloidal.

I was so amazed by the silver that I want to try copper benefits too. As I have stiff knees in addition to other points listed on the package.
