Wonderful product! I get monthly chemo and it has played havoc with my hair and nails. I already see a difference in the thickness of my thinning, hair. I have an actual full ponytail! My fingernails (and toenails) are growing quickly and are strong and healthy. This product is made from actual, REAL food! I was using another brand of biotin but will be continuing with Viva natural Organic Hair + Skin & Nails. Due to the type of cancer I have I am unable at this time to see any difference in my skin.
