They smell delicious, taste good(of course I tried it myself.) I am so thankful for these, I couldn't find anything for a 2 year old anywhere! I don't usually give these to my kiddos every night but when I do they are fast asleep on 30 minutes or less so seems like the 1mg dosage is fine for them, ages 2, 4, 7, 12 & 11., they call them their night night gummies LOL.
