I’ve been taking Tart Cherry for a couple months and feel there’s been an improvement in the inflammation in my body, especially my feet. I have had less pain since starting to take the supplement and plan to continue to take it for the benefits I’ve felt.
This particular brand has one of the highest concentrations of tart cherry. We are never without it in our home, because I’m not only is it a great antioxidant, but it helps with sleep for us. We’ve tried different brands and like this the best. The price is great as well.
