I love it, I use it first for 3 mins then I brush my teeth. The teeth are cleaner, very shiny, oral health is much better and mouth smell better even though I had no issue in my gums but still feels better when i use it Make sure you dont spit in your handwashing area as it dries and may clog your sink.
