I usually make my own valerian root tea which is very strong so I was worried this tea wouldnt cut it for me, but it did!! I use one tea bag if I just need a little help getting to sleep, and I use two bags if I am feeling like I need big help. Works very well!
I love this tea it just makes me more relaxed before sleep, taste amazing caffeine and free
After hard long stressed days one cup before sleep saving me my 3rd purchase and will continue buying better then any melatonin
It's nice, but I love the aloe vera version so much more!
It is remarkably effective at helping you unwind after a long day, offering a gentle, caffeine-free way to settle into a restful night's sleep.
Lovely smell and relaxing taste , I'll wait until bedtime to drink it; I'll definitely buy it again.
