This supplement is unfortunately not for me at the moment. 5 stars because it is strong and good quality, only slight aftertaste. Though it is an adaptogenic, it still gave me acne due to the high iodine content. Have just started Spironolactone, will try the Maca again in 3 months. Gave me more energy while I was using it though!

have found Maca helps with my pump in the gym. One of the trainers I know suggested I try it and it does seem to give me a little extra drive but only of about a month and you get used to it. You have to cycle off for 2 months to get it back.

Maybe maca just isn't the supplement for me, but these are budget friendly and seemed like a good brand to try. Don't expect miracles, l didn't have any adverse effects but always worth researching and consulting your doctor.

I take this to benefit lower estrogen as its not good for men to have exess of it, swanson is a cheap and quality brand so ive been taking this one for a while. I think i feel a bid calmer from it aswell i compine it with 50mg DHEA. Ingredient, size, package, taste is good. 👀 (I’ve added this to my current stack of supplements in my profile.)
